What is Unstructured?
Unstructured automatically chooses a suitable processing strategy for documents in more than 65 file formats and turns them into structured data that AI can use. It preserves layout such as table structure, OCR, and reading order and hierarchy. It is not just a simple parser: it runs the entire pipeline on a schedule, from source connection to chunking, embedding, and loading into a database. Besides cloud SaaS, it can also be deployed to a dedicated instance or your own VPC.
