What is Google ADK?
ADK (Agent Development Kit) is a flexible, modular framework that applies software development principles to building AI agents. It is available in Python, TypeScript, Go, Java, and Kotlin. You can start with prompts and tool calls and extend to multi-agent orchestration, graph-based workflows, performance evaluation, and deployment. It is optimized for Gemini but is model- and deployment-agnostic, and can be deployed to Cloud Run or Vertex AI Agent Engine.
