What is claude-flow?
claude-flow is now called Ruflo, an agent meta harness for Claude Code and Codex. Installing it as a Claude Code plugin (Core, Console, Mods) adds basic tools, an agent console, and routing and policy enforcement features. Tools that support MCP, such as Codex, can connect to the Ruflo MCP server via npx, and it also runs without Claude Code through a terminal UI (overview, cost, swarm, events, missions). The official home is Cognitum.One, which places Ruflo as the 'reasoning and orchestration' product within its AI ecosystem for the edge and the physical world.
