What is dmux?
dmux uses tmux and git worktree to run multiple coding agents and shell panes in parallel. It creates a tmux pane for each task and gives each pane its own worktree and branch, so agents work without conflicting with each other. When a task is done, you can merge it into the main branch or create a GitHub PR from the pane menu. Branch names, commit messages, and pane names are assigned automatically by AI, and on macOS it sends a notification when a background pane needs attention.
