What is Azure Speech?
Azure Speech is part of Foundry Tools (formerly Azure AI services) and provides speech-to-text, text-to-speech, translation, and speaker recognition APIs. Its former name is Azure AI Speech. It can be used through SDKs in several languages including C#, C++, and Java, and can be deployed to the cloud or to the edge via containers.
