What is TensorFlow Privacy?
TensorFlow Privacy provides TensorFlow optimizer implementations that train ML models with differential privacy (DP). DP-SGD, a modified version of standard SGD, reduces the risk of exposing sensitive information in training data. The goal is to let users of the standard TensorFlow API train privacy-preserving models by changing just a few lines of code. It can be used with higher-level APIs such as Keras, and it includes analysis tools for computing privacy guarantees as well as tutorials.
